Hi, I’m Frankie—a Personal Trainer, mum, and advocate for balance in fitness and life.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure where to start. I’ve navigated my own journey through unintentional weight gain, invisible conditions like bursitis and scoliosis, and the chaos of motherhood while rediscovering my strength and confidence.
Now, I’m here to help women like you—women juggling life, family, and their own well-being—build a sustainable approach to women’s fitness that prioritises strength, capability, and independence. My coaching focuses on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—because true wellness is about more than just physical strength. It’s about balancing emotional resilience, spiritual health, and movement that supports your lifestyle.
Through my training with Leviathan Strength, I’ve also learned how a woman’s cycle can impact energy levels, recovery, and performance. Factors like hormone imbalances, menopause, and other physiological changes can create additional challenges, but with the right approach, we can adapt your training to work with your body, not against it.
With a trauma-informed certification and lived experience, I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, build resilience, and feel strong in every sense of the word.

My emphasis is on mindful body movements, where I support your learning every step of the way. You can choose from face-to-face coaching, including 1-on-1 or semi-private, online coaching or basic programming options.

Online Coaching is as close as you’ll get to face-to-face coaching, without actually being face-to-face! You’ll get consistent support, form correction, goal tracking, and weekly check ins to track your progress.
Basic programming is still designed for your individual needs and goals, without additional coaching services.
